Our Story
Hello, and thank you for considering me as your photographer! My name is Kayla Bowman, and my journey into photography is one that’s deeply personal and built on a love for both art and life’s quiet moments.
I’ve always had an artistic soul. Growing up, I found joy in expressing myself through drawing and photography, capturing the world as I saw it through a lens. It was in high school that I discovered my true love for photography—a medium that allowed me to freeze time and tell stories in a way that words couldn’t quite capture.
But life has a way of shifting your focus. After high school, I made a decision to pursue a full-time career in healthcare, where I now work as an ER Tech at a local hospital during the night shift. It’s a challenging and rewarding job that allows me to help others during their most vulnerable moments. While this work is fulfilling, my love for photography never faded; it’s always been a part of who I am.
Alongside my full-time job, my husband Bryan and I live on a beautiful, peaceful farm, surrounded by wide open spaces and the soft hum of nature. Bryan manages a large herd of Shorthorn cattle, and our life on the farm has deepened my appreciation for the simple, yet profound beauty of the world around me. The farm, with its sprawling fields and serene atmosphere, has become a perfect backdrop for my creative work.
After many years of nurturing my passion from afar, I’ve decided to share my photography with the world. Whether it’s capturing the essence of a quiet farm sunset, the vibrant emotions of a family gathering, or the delicate details of everyday life, my goal is to create photographs that not only tell a story but evoke the feelings and memories that matter most.
